Completely pile-free emery effect.
Considerable energy savings in small spaces.

Double drum sueding machine, equipped with 24 cylinders covered in emery paper.
Two complete raising machines in the space of one enable a remarkable space saving. The special double drum configuration allows sueding the right side and the back side once or at the same side of the cloth twice. The cylinder width ranges from 1800 to 2600 mm to better adapt to fabrics of any width. Equipped with an automatic zero point setting device. Moreover, thanks to the special Seam Jumper (Crosta's patent) device for automatic jumping of seams, production rejections around seams are eliminated and seams do not need to be repeated.
All processing parameters can be set both during machine standstill and while working, thus reducing standstill time.

Versatility in small spaces.

This processing system was the first one in the world to use abrasive brushes to get a new effect both on woven and knitted fabrics. The effect resulting form this process is called "Lisatura" in Italian language and gave the name to the machine which is nowadays worldwide knows as "Lisa". This special technology, in combination with a specifically developed software, allows the automatic adjustment of the machine's parameters, according to different elongations of the fabrics, and perfectly controls the tension on the same fabrics. The machines are equipped with 4 special brushes having a standard length of bristle of 100 mm, which can provide superb finishing on any kind of fabric. Each rush can work independently from the other, at different speed, and "reverse rotatoin" can be selected.

The HS rotating drum brushing machine is equipped with four independent drafts, each one inverter-driven to ensure a perfect fabric tension control also at very high speeds.
It is possible to modify the contact surface thus allowing optimization of the Tangential Brushing effect. The basic version is provided with Seam Save Zero Point system. Moreover, thanks to the special Seam Jumper (Crosta's patent) device for automatic jumping of seams; production rejections around seams are eliminated and seams do not need to be repeated. The machine is fitted with a suction hood specifically designed to grant high performance, enabling special cleaning conditions of fabrics and brushes. Various knitwear accessories are available such as fixed, adjustable and inverter-driven spreading devices. All brushing parameters can be set both during machine standstill and while working.

This unique brushing machine benefits from the very latest in materials for brushes manufacturing. 
Brushing/sueding machine with 6 special brushes (Ceramic Brushes), with independent modification of all processing parameters, suitable for all types of woven and open-width knitted fabrics. This machine has different mainstays: starting from the high efficiency conferred by licensed positive transmission to the particular finishing effect. It is equipped with a special device and it automatically achieves the brushign zero-point. Moreover, thanks to the special Seam Jumper (Crosta's patent) device for automatic jumping of seams, product rejections around seams are eliminated and seams do not need to be repeated. The motor-driven detachment cylinder joined to the Crosta programmer software power enables contact surface and completely automatic Tangential Brushing effect adjustment, thus allowing different fabrics interchanging also without stopping the machine.

Great opening capacity and pile orientation.
Reliable and solid.

Tiger module with one or two tigering units for the finishing of pile fabrics.
One or two tigering cylinders with adjustable revolving speed, covered by a metallic wires to lift and open the pile. The contact between fabric and brush can be adjusted according to the finishing result required.

Three-combined machine (tiger + polishing + shearing machine).
Suitable for the processing of: pile fabrics, knit fabrics, tufted, non-woven fabrics from natural or synthetic fibres for the manufacturing of: blankets, synthetic furs, upholstery fabrics, velour and floor covering fabrics.

 

Technical features

Seam detecting by means of electro-mechanic detector. Tigering group with cleaning counter-brush. Wedge table with automatic detachment at seam passage. Polishing cylinder (pol rotor) heated by electric resistances; fixed temperature adjustment by means of thermoregulators.  Felt sleeve adjustment for the fabric approach to the heated cylinder. Shearing cylinder with special steel helical blades. Special steel ledger blade. Shearing table with automatic detachment at seam passage and wedge suitable for the fabric to be sheared.
