Lift Box

The Lift-Box Compact is the successor of the Lift-Box Baler type LB and the most successful baler of the last 15 years in the world market. More than 3000 balers of the AUTEFA Solutions double box system have been sold worldwide.

The modular baling system is available with several pressing forces: 1,500 kN, 2,000 kN, 2,500 kN, 3,000 kN, 4,000 kN, 5,000 kN and 6,000 kN.

Subject to bulk density, handling time and hydraulic performance, capacities of up to 15.000 kg/h can be achieved. A maximum bale weight of up to 700 kg can be accomplished depending on material specification and bale dimensions. It is possible to extend the baling system with a bale removing carriage as well as a bale transport system at any time.

Nonstop-Ultra

The new AUTEFA Solutions Nonstop-Ultra (NSTP Ultra) 1500 - 4000 is designed for continuous bale production and is suitable for man-made staple fiber.

This single box baler is equipped with a press box at the pre-press side, which forms the bale with a pre-pressure of 80 tons. The final pressing at the main press is realized without box up to a maximum pressure of 4,000 kN. With automated wrapping and strapping, this baler can achieve 45 bales an hour.

Nonstop Baler

AUTEFA Solutions Nonstop Baler 750/1500 is conceived for continuous bale production, suitable for man-made as well as natural staple fiber. Major advantages of the system are the possibility of erection above floor – without foundation pit; the closed press box, which guarantees well-shaped bales and is constructed in very robust design, as well as the possibility of combination with a fully automatic packing system. The modular baling system is available with two pressing forces, 750 kN and 1,500 kN. Subject to bulk density, handling time and hydraulic performance, capacities of up to 2,000 kg/h are possible. A maximum bale weight of up to 350 kg can also be obtained.

Automatic Horizontal Press

AUTEFA Solutions Automatic Horizontal Baling Press has a maximum capacity of up to 200 m³/h it is possible, depending on the kind of material and the bale dimensions, to produce bales having weights of 100 kg to 400 kg. The material supply is fed into filling shafts, optionally by means of a conveyor or condenser. Depending on the bale dimensions, the bale is automatically strapped with 4 or 6 iron wires after compression.

The AUTEFA Solutions Uni-Fork is a system which combines the Nonstop-Ultra baler solutions and can be used in different fiber industries. Several feeding stations supply a central baling area with integrated main presses. The transfer bale fork transports the fibers by handling the bale transfer between the pre-presses and the main press.
