Our Partners

We represent primarily European-based, Nonwoven, Synthetic Fiber, and Perforating machinery and equipment manufacturers. We also serve the NAFTA countries and maintain a spare parts inventory for many of the companies we represent and offer an extensive spare parts sourcing program for industry related European-made equipment.

Depending on the specification, three alternatives are available for automatic wrapping and strapping:

AUTEFA Solutions Wrapping Machine AD-WRAP is a fully automatic external bale wrapping system, which is suitable for various applications such as use with combinations of new balers, upgrading of newer balers as well as retrofitting of old balers.  AD-WRAP gives tremendous flexibility to baler operations.  It is a stand-alone unit, which allows it to be fed by multiple balers.  The concept is to use automation to place a polyethylene hood on one side of the bale, turn it, and then place a hood on the other side of the bale.  This simple process also makes AD-WRAP and excellent choice for re-packaging bales.

The Intra Power Wrap enables a reliable protection of fibers against any kind of contamination during transport or intermediate storage, due to a consistently high wrapping quality.  Depending on the specification, two alternatives are available for automatic wrapping and strapping: Intra Wrap and Intra Power Wrap.

Both wrapping systems work with the 3-sheet-wrapping – a top sheet, bottom sheet and a belly wrap. Two alternatives for the strapping material can be chosen:  PET (standard) or steel band.

Capacities of 45 bales/h are have been achieved with Intra Power Wrap.

Automation of Bale Warehouse

The highest efficiency of a fiber line can only be achieved by full automation of the complete final stage of fiber production.  After wrapping and strapping AUTEFA Solutions offers the following steps in the automated process:

  • Moisture measuring
  • Bale weighing
  • Labeling
  • Sorting and pre-stacking
  • Storing-in/storing-out
  • Control

Depending on the requirements and specifications, AUTEFA Solutions supplies high bay storage and bloc storage systems.  Both systems have numerous advantages in common:

  • Optimal utilization of storage areas
  • Storage robots or storage & retrieval units have lower manipulation space requirements than fork lift trucks
  • Lower operational costs
  • Considerably reduced personnel costs
  • Less overhead expenses for illumination and heating
  • Automatic warehouse administration
  • Central control, coordination and supervision of all internal automatic processes
  • Storing-in according to qualities and sorts
  • Additional quality criteria can also be assigned after storing-in
  • Statistics regarding stock - storing-in (production) - storing-out (dispatch) according to qualities and sorts are accessible at any time
  • No warehouse personnel required - no human faults
  • Permanent data exchange between warehouse administration computer and superior host computer
